Return Policy:

Most TV/Monitors, Projection products, and Samsung TVs 14" or larger do not qualify for return. These items must be serviced by Samsung -- you can contact them at 1-800-SAMSUNG for service.

Most other items are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt. Returns will be credited minus a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping charge. You must also pay shipping back to the supplier.

You must get an RA number before returning the item. Returns must be in their original condition and packaging.
