About Our Policies

We are more interested in creating customers for life than enforcing punitive policies. The few policies we do enforce are in place to protect our commitment to offering the lowest prices online. We offer Free Shipping on all bedding orders over $100 on all bedding purchases in the hopes that you will bookmark us for your next bedding, window treatment purchases. Free Shipping Policy

Free Shipping is available in the Continental United States on all orders over $100 (excluding furniture). Other shipping costs are calculated using these rates:

Furniture shipping rates are based on shipment weight, customer requirements and customer location.

*NOTE: White Glove Delivery is available for all Broyhill furniture purchases delivered to addresses in the Continental U.S. Two people will deliver, set up and assemble your furniture, and remove the packing debris.

Broyhill Furniture Shipping Policy

Please allow 4 to 5 weeks for delivery of wood products and 6 to 8 weeks for the delivery of upholstered items (longer shipping times are usually caused by furniture items being temporarily out of stock). When your furniture is ready to be delivered, you will be contacted by the delivery company. They will call you to set up a delivery time which is convenient for you. Please note that deliveries generally must be made during regular business hours (Mon-Fri or Tues-Sat, depending on the area). Two people will deliver your furniture inside your house and up a maximum of two flights of stairs. They will unpack your furniture, remove the debris (their boxes and packing materials), and set up your furniture, including light assembly (limited to 30 minutes).

If you are not present during the agreed-upon delivery time range (usually a four hour window), or if you do not accept the furniture at the time of delivery, additional delivery expenses and/or storage expenses will be incurred, and you will have to pay for these additional expenses. Unusual circumstances, including but not limited to the following, might increase your shipping costs: island deliveries, deliveries to 3rd floor or higher, deliveries to houses where large trucks cannot travel, etc. If you think there will be unusual circumstances associated with your delivery, please contact us.

When you receive your order, inspect your furniture for damage. If anything is damaged, it must be noted on the Bill of Lading while the driver is there. Once you sign this form, any damage not noted on the Bill of Lading will be your responsibility. In the unusual case that something is broken, it will either be repaired or replaced. The decision whether to replace or repair a defective item is made by the manufacturer. The decision whether to replace or repair a damaged item is made by the shipping company.

aj MOSS, Inc. may, at its sole discretion, permit you to cancel your Order, provided it has not already been processed by the manufacturer. Once your furniture has been processed by the manufacturer, it cannot be cancelled, altered, refused or returned.

Shipping Address

Bedding, Bath, and Window Treatments: Most packages are shipped by UPS. Please provide a physical address at checkout. Some smaller packages may be shipped by USPS. If you cannot receive postal mail at your physical address please provide a secondary shipping address in line 2 of the shipping information required at checkout.

Furniture: For each furniture order we receive, we shop a nationwide network of highly reputable furniture shipping companies in order to offer you the best service at the lowest price.

aj MOSS Return Policy

Please Note: As of July 18th, 2008 we have instituted a 15% Restocking Fee on all returnable items (please note that orders placed before 7/18/08 are exempt from this new policy). As many of you know input costs for businesses have increased dramatically this year. We were faced with a choice between raising our prices or adding a restocking fee. Because of our commitment to offer the lowest prices online, we opted for the latter. We do offer swatches on many of our bedding ensembles to help you make a choice you'll feel confident about. We thank you for your understanding.


If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Bedding or Window Treatment purchase, you may return your unused merchandise within fifteen days from the date of delivery. You will be refunded minus a 15% Restocking Fee.

  • The items you wish to return must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, and in their original packaging (please do not staple, tape, or write on the packaging).
  • We are unable to accept the following items for return: furniture, bath items, rugs, fabric, wallpaper, opened towels, sheets or pillowcases, and custom-made items.
  • You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before you return your products. Click here to get your RA number and to find out where to ship your return. The RA number must appear on your form, and it must be written clearly on the outside of the box you are returning.
  • Send your return through the shipping company of your choice
  • Please Note: You must pay the shipping cost for returning your product/s.

Secure Payment Policy

We do not store your credit card information or share your information with any third party. Your information is encrypted using state-of-the-art SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, which encrypts sensitive information including your name and address, email address, and credit card number. For your protection, your card is processed at the time of purchase, and your credit card information is never stored in our database. We also accept Paypal, Google Checkout and checks by mail. Accuracy

While aj MOSS, Inc. uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information in its Web site, aj MOSS, Inc. makes no warranties or representations as to the accuracy of the information. aj MOSS, Inc. assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the Web site. In the event a product is quoted by an aj MOSS, Inc. associate at an incorrect price, or due to a typographical error in pricing, aj MOSS, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any Order placed by phone or through the Web site. aj MOSS, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such Order whether or not the Order has been confirmed and/or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your Order is subsequently cancelled by us, aj MOSS, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card in the full amount of your deposit.

Actual fabric sample colors may not match your monitor. We offer free swatches on most bedding ensembles. Due to the character of various products, all dimensions are approximate. Photographs and color charts displayed on our site are for general information only and can vary considerably from the actual color of the product. We do not guarantee color, tone, shades or finishes on any item. If you are trying to match items with other items you already have, you must do so at your own risk. Products, information, availability, prices, and/or specifications are subject to change without notice. All prices are in U.S. Dollars.
