We routinely collect user-specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. We collect postal address information from consumers who request fabric samples from our website.
When consumers purchase products from our website we store essential information including name and address, telephone number, and shipping address. When a consumer makes a payment by credit card the information is sent to a payment processor using secure 128-bit encryption. Once an authorization code is obtained, the credit card information is purged from our system. We do not store credit card numbers or other sensitive financial information on our server.
