Why is my card charged at the time of purchase?
- At aj MOSS we value the privacy and security of our customers above all else. When you purchase an item from us your credit card information is authenticated using the strongest 128-bit encryption. Once the transaction is completed your sensitive information is purged from our system. For your protection we do not store this information on our server. We can contact Authorize.net to refund or cancel your order at any time, but we will not hold your sensitive information. Please contact us if you have further questions regarding our secure payment policy.
What are your hours of business?
- Our website is open for purchases 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Customer Service is available Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM EST
When can I expect my order to ship?

When your order is placed with the manufacturer it is placed into a queue. Once your order is ready to ship we will send you an email containing your tracking information so you will know exactly when you can expect your package to arrive. Here are general estimates for our brands:

Do you ever provide information to other sources?
- If we are shipping your order from one of our suppliers we need to provide them with your address and telephone number. We do not sell our customer information - EVER!
Do you have a printed catalog?
- We don't. Because new product offerings are always being made available to you, and our prices are always changing to offer you the lowest possible prices; we couldn't possibly keep a printed catalog updated! However, we are always willing to help in any way possible to make sure you're comfortable with your purchases. Please contact us at any time with any specific questions you may have. We're always happy to help.
Can I order online without a credit card?
- Sure! We accept PayPal who offers a wide range of options for funding your purchase. If you prefer to contact us we can set up payment by check as well.

I Placed My Order - Now What?
- How do I know if my order has been placed?
- - You will receive a confirmation email which contains an order ID number. This email lets you know that your order has been placed successfully. If you do not see this email in your inbox, please check your junk mail folder. This message may not make it into your inbox if you have an email filter. If you still do not see your confirmation, you can always contact us to ensure that your order was received.
- How do I check the status of my order?
- - Click here to check your order status. Just enter the email address you entered at the time of purchase and your order ID #. Any updated order info will be made available to you.
- What if I made a mistake or want to change my order?
- - Simply contact us with the correction and we'll be happy to make all necessary changes for you so long as your order isn't in the shipping department. Sometimes in rare instances an order will be held up if a change is made to it late in the production process (i.e. your order is almost completed and you order a new item that needs to be manufactured and added to your order).
- What happens if I cancel my order?
- - With most manufacturers you can cancel orders right up until the time it gets to the shipping department. Once the completed package hits the shipping floor, it can not be canceled. Please call for more information

Will all the items in my order come in one package?
- Most orders will be shipped in one package. However, orders that are very large or orders that are shipped from more than one location will arrive in separate packages. Tracking information will be sent to you by email for each package that is shipped.
How will my order be shipped?
- Once again it depends on the manufacturer but all orders are shipped ground, so please provide us with a physical address. With the exception of Lawrence and Thomasville who use Fedex all manufacturers use UPS. Please keep in mind when ordering Lawrence, a signature is required on the package.
Can I have my order shipped to me faster?
- Sure. We can expedite and order once it is ready (normal manufacturing lead times apply). Please email or call for a rate.

  These prices do not include any fees assciated with the importing of your order. We do have 2 manufacturers who are located in Canada, Bergman and Nygard, any order placed for patterns from either manufacturer won't have any import fees.

- What is your return policy?

- Can I return fabric?
- - We are unable to accept returns on cut fabric.
- Can I return opened sheets?
- - Unless they are unopened, in the original packaging the way it came to you (machine folded) we will not accept the return. If you send them to us in any other condition, we will ask you to pay the shipping cost of the sheets back.

- Do you do custom work?
- - While many of our items are made to order, our manufacturers are not equipped to make changes to their current offering of products.
- Will you send swatches?
- - We sure will. We all know how colors can very from monitor to monitor. We carry most of the main prints for swatches and they can give you a great idea of what to expect. This is also a great function for those of you who need to pick out matching paints! Just click the button "Request a Swatch" on the particular pattern you are interested in, fill out you name and mailing information, and a swatch will be on its way to you within 24 business hours.
- What comes in a comforter set?
- - Your comforter set will include a comforter, bed-skirt, and the appropriate number of shams: 2 shams for a full, queen or king.
- What's included in a daybed comforter set?
- - It varies by pattern. This information can be found in the product description.
- What does a "pieced" comforter set mean?
- - We carry several comforters that are pieced (usually a solid fabric meets a printed fabric) at a midway point - 45% pattern and 55% solid. These pieced comforter sets include Bordeaux, Isabella, and Falling Star
- I like my comforter to hang down a little longer than regular comforters; would it be alright if I buy the next size up?
- - A lot of people like a comforter to hang lower. However you do not want to buy a comforter set that is made for a larger size bed. While the comforter would be the right length, the bed skirt, which is designed to match the size of the box spring, would not. There are some options for you; several of our manufacturers sell the pieces in a set separately (aj MOSS line and Lawrence) allowing you to pick out the larger comforter and the correct sized bed skirt. The separates can be found by scrolling down the page of the pattern you are interested in. For companies such as Croscill and Southern Textiles, while they do not sell their items separately they do sell their comforters as "oversized" adding a couple of inches to either side.
    
    Always make sure to check out the measurements of both your bed and the bed set you are interested in. The sizes of the comforters vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.
- Will my pattern be machine washable?
- - While many patterns require dry cleaning, we have acquired a few that are machine washable:
    aj MOSS Bedding: Bahamas, Fiesta, Offshore, Pirates Bay, Surfside;
    Lawrence Bedding: Banff, Currents, Notte, Silence, Solitude, Twilight, Willow;
- How do I know how full my curtains will be on my window?
- - A good rule of thumb is one and a half to two times the size of your window to achieve a good look.
- I am buying draperies. Do they come as one or a pair?
- - Most draperies are sold as a pair. Here are a few patterns in which the panels are sold separately: French Country Toile, Imperial Damask Red, Imperial Damask Antique, Magnolia Dream
- How is the fabric sold?
- - Fabric is sold by the yard. When placing an order for more than one yard of fabric just change the number from 1 to the correct amount of yardage. By putting the yardage together on one line, you get one long piece of fabric rather than multiple pieces measuring one yard each.
- What is the thread count on the sheets?
- - Thread counts vary by pattern. This information can be found in the product description for most patterns.
- Do the bed-skirts have split corners?
- - It varies from manufacturer to manufacturer.
- What are Euro Shams and how do you fill them?
- - Euro Shams are shams that fill over Euro stuffers. Depending on the manufacturer they measure 26x26 or 27x27. Euro�s are placed at the back of the bed next to the headboard and are used to help prop up the rest of the shams to give the bed a finished look. For a Queen or Full bed you want at least 2, for a king at least 3.
- Is the background on the French Country sets white or off white?
- - They are off white.
- What color is the Magnolia Dream Parchment background?
- - It is a cream colored background.
- How wide are the Waverly fabrics?
- - They are 54" wide.
