Meet the aj MOSS Team

	Amy Armstrong is a Co-owner and founder of aj MOSS. Her primary responsibilities involve developing our new product lines and managing our advertising campaigns. Amy is a painter with a BFA from RISD as well as Graduate studies at Yale and USC.
	David Maple, Co-Owner and Website Developer, manages all aspects of our website, including its design, applications and marketing. He won an outstanding achievement award from the University of New Hampshire school system and is currently studying for the Zend PHP Certification (a big deal to geeks).
	Patrick Armstrong, Co-Owner and General Manager, coordinates activities at aj MOSS. He is an amateur databoy and toilet repairman. He taught Writing and Literature at the college level for ten years, and has a Masters of Fine Arts from the University of South Carolina.
	Jami Johnson, Operations Manager, oversees all shipping operations, ordering and vendor operations. She is our problem solver and liaison between all departments of aj MOSS. She studied music education and performance at UNH: she is a singer and songwriter, and she plays guitar, fiddle, bass and flute.
	Elizabeth "Liza Jane" Osborne, Website Administrator, performs web content and database management and assists with web development and software testing. She writes most of the text and product descriptions for the website and is the editor and chief journalist of our blog site. Elizabeth is currently pursuing an education in web design and programming through an apprenticeship with her older brother, David Maple. She is also an accomplished singer and a newlywed.
	Stephanie Kurze, Customer Service Manager, is responsible for all Customer Service operations. Her boat sails in the Bermuda Triangle of customers, Customer Service Representatives, and management. She is a fiction writer, and she runs a blog site which she won’t share with anyone.
	Jennifer Caughey, Comptroller, handles the money. She’s taught dozens of finance courses at Plymouth State University and Granite State College. She holds a BA in Economics from Colby College and an MBA from Plymouth State University. Her father used to be President of the bank we do business with, which should help us, but doesn’t.
	Kimberly Maple, Photoshop Editor, is responsible for making many of the images on our website look the way they do. She makes the pictures that explain which pillow is which and which window treatment is which-a process we call "Kimifying" a picture. She was our bookkeeper, also, until she gave birth to her daughter, Lily Maple.
	Lily "Binky" Maple is the daughter of Kimberly and David Maple. Lily won the first ever Cutest Baby Ever Born contest (runner up went to a baby owl). She never cries and she sleeps through the night.
	Judy Campbell, Customer Service Representative, handles four hundred phone calls and live chats each day, and she is always eloquent, polite and professional. Her husband, Glenn, who spoke at his college graduation last May, considers himself a Wit (note: this appellation is not recognized by aj MOSS, its employees, or its officers).
	Shannon Taylor, Customer Service Representative, answers customer inquiries, processes orders, solves problems, researches product information - and does all of it with grace and charm. She is our Swatch Boss, also, and makes sure that all reasonable swatch requests are granted.
	Priscilla Merrill, Customer Service Representative, handles our customers’ needs and answers their questions. She also has an artistic eye, and is adept at color coordination. We love Priscilla and we wish she would start working seven days a week, but she prefers spending time with her two granddaughters, Talia and Autumn.
	Donna Campbell-Klein, Customer Service Representative, moved to Ireland (where she’s from) in the spring of 2006. However, because she is the best Mosster there’s ever been, we kept her on staff. If you like to live chat early in the morning, you’ll likely be speaking with Donna, who is kind and professional, and also a wee bit mischievous.
	Joseph Langford, Shipping Assistant, assists in all aspects of shipping, and he fixes what needs fixing and cleans what needs cleaning. He is studying to become a Massage Therapist, and, as part of his training, every Tuesday and Thursday he gives a Mosster a massage - for free!
	Benjamin Jenkins-Provost, Shipping Manager, is responsible for all shipping operations, including receiving merchandise, maintaining inventory control, and shipping out packages. For his outstanding prudence in the workplace, Ben was recently appointed Special Deputy (Second Class) to our Safety Committee.
	Glenna Tibbetts, Seamstress, is responsible for preparing our fabric orders, cutting swatches, sewing custom valances and draperies, and maintaining the storefront. She’s had a pen pal in Victoria, Australia for over fifty years. Eight years ago Glenna took a trip to Victoria, and met her pen pal for the first time.
	Alistair McNeil, Freelance Writer, contributes essays and drawings to our blog site. He hobbies are "red wine and circumlocution." Some of the time Alistair lives in North Conway, NH, and some of the time he lives in Egremont, England.
